Amol Wamanrao Bhosale is a seasoned construction management professional with over 16 years of experience in project execution, planning, coordination, and operational management across residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and hospitality sectors. He holds an MBA in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure Management from NICMAR, Pune, supported by a strong academic foundation in civil engineering.
Currently associated with Rockfoundation, Amol leads construction operations with end-to-end responsibility for project execution, planning, resource deployment, cost control, and quality assurance. His role involves close coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with approved drawings, schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
Over the course of his career, Amol has worked on and managed projects for reputed developers and organizations such as SANY Heavy Industry India Pvt. Ltd., Viraj Projects (VTP Realty), Panchshil Realty, Gera Developments, Amar Builders, Hiland Developers, Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.
